To celebrate 50 years since the formation of Rainbow and the release of their debut album Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow, Demon Music present a comprehensive deluxe CD box set covering the band’s formative years between 1975 and 1976.

This expanded nine-disc collection brings together the band’s first two studio albums alongside a series of live recordings from Rainbow’s debut European tour, featuring performances from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Nürnberg.

The box set also includes rare mixes, edits and studio rehearsal recordings, all newly mastered by Andy Pearce and Matt Wortham.

During this period the band featured the classic line-up of Ritchie Blackmore, Ronnie James Dio, Cozy Powell, Jimmy Bain and Tony Carey, performing to sold-out venues across Europe following the success of both Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow and Rainbow Rising.
