2. Orders & Contract Formation
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract between us is formed only when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to):

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
In the event of a genuine pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
4. Pre-Orders
Many products offered by Sonic Titan Records are limited edition or imported items sold on a pre-order basis.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that:

Release dates are estimates and may change.

Delays from labels, distributors, manufacturers, shipping carriers, or customs are outside our control.

Your order will be dispatched once stock has physically arrived with us.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless separate shipping is arranged.
We will communicate significant delays where possible.
5. Product Descriptions & Condition
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate.
However:

Vinyl colour variants may differ slightly from promotional mock-ups.

Minor cosmetic sleeve imperfections (e.g. small corner dings, seam splits, or light edge wear) may occur during manufacturing or transit.

We cannot guarantee flawless outer packaging from distributors.
Such minor cosmetic imperfections do not automatically constitute a fault.
If you require further details about an item’s condition prior to purchase, please contact us.
6. Shipping
We take great care in packaging all orders using protective materials to minimise damage in transit.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or local import charges.
7. Returns & Refunds
We comply fully with UK consumer protection legislation.
7.1 Change of Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
Returned items must be:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
7.2 Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs.
Where appropriate, we will offer:

Minor cosmetic sleeve imperfections are not automatically classified as damage.
8. Limited & Collector’s Releases
Many products sold by Sonic Titan Records are limited edition pressings.
We do not guarantee future availability, represses, or restocks.
We do not control or influence secondary market pricing.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonic Titan Records Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under UK law.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
