Shipping & Delivery Information

At Sonic Titan Records, every order is carefully packed to help ensure your records arrive in the best possible condition.

We use professional cruciform LP mailers along with protective packaging specifically designed for shipping vinyl records. Orders are securely packed using stiffeners and bubble wrap, while larger orders and box sets receive additional reinforcement and corner protection where required.

Most records are shipped sealed unless otherwise requested. If preferred, records can be removed from their outer sleeves before shipping to help reduce the risk of seam splits during transit (excluding box sets).

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched on the same day or the next working day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Our weekday cut-off for same-day dispatch is 15:00 (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

On Saturdays, the cut-off time is 10:00 (GMT). Orders placed after 10:00 on Saturday will be processed on the following Monday.

If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests made after the dispatch cut-off may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

United Kingdom Shipping

Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Tracked 24: 1–2 working days after dispatch

To provide a faster and more reliable delivery service, Sonic Titan Records currently uses Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all UK orders. This helps reduce transit times and minimise the amount of time parcels spend within the postal network.

International Shipping

We ship to many countries worldwide using tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–7 working days after dispatch

  • Rest of World: 5–14 working days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT or local taxes that may apply within their country.
