Larks' Tongues In Aspic is the fifth release in a series of audiophile King Crimson vinyl reissues.
Newly cut from masters approved by Robert Fripp and pressed on 200g super-heavyweight vinyl, this edition is presented in a reprint of the original sleeve.
Originally released in 1973, the album marked a radical shift in the band’s sound, combining raw improvisation, complex rhythms and a more aggressive, experimental approach. It was the first to feature the line-up of Bill Bruford, Jamie Muir, David Cross and John Wetton.
Recorded between January and February 1973, Larks' Tongues In Aspic remains one of the most acclaimed and influential releases in the King Crimson catalogue.
