Michael Small's oft-requested musical support for the fourth Jaws instalment finally makes its premiere release. The entire score appears in dynamic stereo from the original session mixes, courtesy of Universal.

Small makes use of the famous John Williams shark motif but surrounds it with considerable original material of his own. As Ellen Brody becomes convinced the shark is on a vendetta to wipe out her remaining family members, she fights back with vengeance of her own. Composer Small fights for survival right alongside her. Action abounds!

Another asset is the Bahamas setting, which provides a rich new environment for composer - and shark - to play in. Significant post-production editing of the film relegated sections of the score to the cutting room floor. Intrada now presents every sequence as Small intended, including the segments edited out of the finished production. Alternates also appear as extras. When the composer has his say, he wraps the final credits with a superb rendition of Williams' complete Jaws theme, then offers a brief final coda of his own. Michael Small conducts.
