Halloween 5: The Revenge Of Michael Myers - Expanded Original Motion Picture Soundtrack CD

AHI Records presents a special Limited Edition Expanded release of HALLOWEEN 5: THE REVENGE OF MICHAEL MYERS, featuring the original motion picture soundtrack composed and performed by Alan Howarth.

Released in 1989, Halloween 5 continues the story of Jamie Lloyd following the events of Halloween 4, as Michael Myers awakens from a year-long coma and returns to Haddonfield once again. As Jamie develops a terrifying psychic connection to her uncle, Dr. Loomis attempts to use the link to finally stop Michael’s reign of terror.

Returning after his work on Halloween II, Halloween III, and Halloween 4, Alan Howarth created a darker, more atmospheric electronic score that blended the classic Halloween piano themes with cutting-edge synthesiser technology of the era.

Using equipment including the Synclavier, Kurzweil 250 sampler, and Linn drum machines, Howarth crafted an eerie and aggressive soundtrack filled with pulsing synths, ominous textures, and haunting melodic themes.

This expanded edition features newly remastered music created directly from the original multi-track masters, including previously unreleased material alongside the original 1989 album presentation.
