Featuring an outstanding line-up including Slipknot, Lamb of God, Killswitch Engage, Type O Negative, Sepultura, In Flames, Sevendust, Chimaira, Hatebreed, and many more, the soundtrack captures the intensity of the film with a mix of nu metal, metalcore, groove metal and death metal. Fourteen of the twenty tracks were previously unreleased when the soundtrack first appeared.
