Waxwork Records is thrilled to present FORBIDDEN FRUITS (Original Motion Picture Score) by Anna Drubich.

Directed by Meredith Alloway and starring Lili Reinhart, Lola Tung, Alexandra Shipp, and Victoria Pedretti, Forbidden Fruits follows Free Eden employee “Apple,” who secretly leads a witchy femme cult in the basement of the mall store after hours alongside fellow “fruits,” Cherry and Fig. When a new hire, “Pumpkin,” begins to challenge their performative sisterhood, the group is forced to confront their own poisons or succumb to a bloody fate.

The film features a standout score by award-winning composer Anna Drubich. Born in Moscow, Drubich discovered her passion for music at an early age, beginning piano studies at eight. She went on to study at the Moscow Chopin Music College and later earned her degrees from the Munich University of Performing Arts. Her diverse body of work spans over 35 major film and television projects, including Barbarian, Fear Street: 1994, and a co-score with Marco Beltrami for Guillermo del Toro’s Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark.
