Dethalbum IV is the fourth studio album from fictional extreme metal band Dethklok, created for the animated series Metalocalypse.

Released alongside the film Metalocalypse: Army of the Doomstar, the album marks the band's first new material in nearly a decade. Written and produced by Brendon Small, Dethalbum IV delivers the band's signature mix of melodic death metal, blistering riffs and dark humour that made the earlier Dethklok releases cult favourites among metal fans.

Featuring tracks such as Gardener of Vengeance, Aortic Desecration, and the epic finale Murmaider III, the album continues the band's over-the-top brutality while expanding the mythology of the Metalocalypse universe.
