Lady in Gold is the second studio album by international rock band Blues Pills, originally released in 2016.
Following the success of their self-titled debut, the band expanded their sound on Lady in Gold, blending their blues-based rock style with psychedelic soul, vintage R&B, and classic 1970s influences. The album showcases the powerful vocals of Elin Larsson, alongside the guitar work of Dorian Sorriaux, the driving bass of Zack Anderson, and drummer André Kvarnström making his studio debut with the band.
Recorded entirely in analogue with producer Don Alsterberg, the album delivers a warm, organic sound that highlights the band’s evolving songwriting and dynamic performances.
