We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s an issue, we’ll sort it.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at order@sonictitanrecords.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos (or video if needed) showing the issue
This includes manufacturing defects discovered after opening, such as:
- Warped records
- Playback issues
Once confirmed, we will arrange a return and offer either:
- A replacement (if available), or
- A full refund
Return shipping costs are covered for faulty or damaged items.
Change of Mind Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must include all original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Opened or played items
- Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g. slight sleeve corner dings, light creasing, or shrink wrap wear)
Due to the nature of vinyl records, some minor surface noise may be present, particularly on coloured vinyl, picture discs, or speciality pressings.
Each case is assessed individually to ensure a fair outcome.
Return Process

Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
