Combining atmospheric textures with dramatic musical themes, the soundtrack balances the darker elements of the story with its underlying romance and humanity.

Working closely with director James Watkins and editor Jon Harris, Bertelmann developed a central musical theme designed to reflect both Clayface's troubled personality and the emotional relationships at the heart of the film.
